The suspect is Tyson Atukwase while the deceased is Rumanzi Blair, both residents of Hamumba cell Bugarama parish Kaharo sub-county Kabale district.

It is alleged that around 11 pm on Tuesday, the two brothers developed a quarrel when the deceased confronted the suspect armed with a machete demanding Shillings 5000 he owed him.

The suspect reportedly overpowered the deceased, disarmed him and strangled him to death.

Officers from Kaharo police station visited the scene on Wednesday morning and arrested the suspect from his hideout in Bukinda Town council in Rukiga District.
